A month-long cultural Black History program including field trips, guest speakers, presentations, videos, school-wide assignments, and a Capstone Black History Program for 1100 students at Rex Mill Middle School.

February 2018 Facebook campaign
A month-long Facebook Fundraiser that included daily posts about Black history and Black popular culture. Topics included the Sexuality of Black women, Glory (1989), Ella Baker (1903-1986), Race and Children, Henrietta Lacks (1920-1951), The African American Family, and A Different World (1987-1993). It was successful and funds donated helped send me to South Africa.
